Our latest Impact Report highlights the strides Leading Routes has made over the past seven years in improving Black representation and equity in higher education.
The report details our efforts to dismantle barriers for Black students across the academic pipeline—from secondary education to postgraduate research and early-career support. Through initiatives like Future Scholars and Black in Academia, we’ve created unique opportunities for Black scholars to access crucial information for navigating higher education and research, build essential research skills, and connect with academic and professional networks.
The report also highlights our ongoing work to challenge exclusionary practices within institutions through our research and consultancy services.
