Leading Routes is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the Future Scholars Programme aimed at Year 13 students.
Future Scholars is designed to support the transition to higher education for students from Black African and Caribbean backgrounds in Year 13 until the first term of university.
What Future Scholars Offers
- Expert advice on university choices and applications
- Practical support with personal statements
- Career development workshops and networking opportunities
- Academic skills sessions to prepare for university learning
- Access to a network of inspiring professionals, staff, and academics
Applications are now open and will close on Friday, 6th December at 5pm.

Activities take place online and in person, with travel reimbursement available (per our policy). Future Scholars is for students who are motivated, curious, and eager to join a vibrant community of Black scholars and professionals.
